You are probably going to get a different answer from each person since this comes down to personal preference. I have tried a bunch of different brands on my fivers and right now, my favorites are the Spector nickel's, Sadowsky Blue nickels, and Circle K's. I like higher tension strings though and the gauges you are currently use are thinner than what I like though so you might not be a fan of the brands I listed.

I could go on,some fine folks around here. I like em!

Hey guys. I'm selling a Schroeder BMF 412 in a custom made road ass. It's 1600 watts at 4ohms and has a 104db sensitivity rating. It's loud and mint.....in the classified and sounds loudly awesome! If interested let me know......the Spectors sound brutal through it! Club members I can work with meeting up with you....?

Well lads, after 3 years of work work wok, I am off on my first well deserved vacation!!
I am leaving Thursday with my wife to Chile where we'll spend early December in Easter Island and then the rest of the month in the Atacama Desert and the Andes around Santiago.
My wife then flies back home late Dec. and I am off to Southern Patagonia to do a few treks in the Patagonian Andes for another 6 weeks.
I'll be spending some time in El Chalten, Argentina (one of my favourite places), Torres Del Paine (my 4th time now...) and making my way up through the Chilean Carretera Austral back to Santiago and fly back home to Vancouver.

I will try to keep in touch as much as possible, though part of this trip is to disconnect from technology. Unfortunately, I will miss playing a lot...I already miss my basses and playing with the band. This is the only bummer for me really. I will truly miss it!!!!!

I encourage everyone to do an image search of the places mentioned above....simply stunning. Southern Patagonia is one of the most pristine places I've ever been to.

Take care everyone and play your Spectors a bit extra for me!

Starting monday I have off till january 3rd. Plenty of Spector time and get to work on some side projects. My buddies album will be finished up in March, my band goes in the studio in Jan, hoping to make a trip to Philtone in Baltimore to drop of a bass for refin and lastly drive over to visit Jamie in Richmond maybe catch one of Lees gigs in Northern VA. Not as exciting as South America but should be nice.
Deluca sent the Morley today.

Well my NS-2 is going to its first gig tomorrow night. It's been sounding huge at practice, so lets hope it does the same through the provided backline.

Anyone in the NYC area who's free around 7pm tomorrow should come check us out at Arlene's Grocery, you can let me know how the bass sounds from out front! lol
