Sorry if this is a bonehead rehashed question... Can you get an NS5 with 19mm spacing?

Someone just asked that a few pages ago iirc. Basically, You can get the us bolt on 5 strings with 19 mm, but not the neck through as far as we are aware on here. You can, however, email PJ at Spector to ask, as they may be able to do it upon request

hehe, I was actually texting with him this morning. He is doing some experimenting bass wise.

Jeff has been in jazz and Sadowsky/Lakland-Ville. PM him......he's a good guy and will chat ya up Lee!

I miss Jeff too - I hope he finds a bass (or basses) that work for him, and that he drops in for a chat now & then.

Personally, I never could have parted with the orange & blue Kramer-era NS-2s he had - they would have been keepers for life.

I got the blue one and tried to get the orange but, Lee had aready moved it. The flame on the orange was my favorite one I've seen so far. I tend to like the flame over the quilt.

I asked about that on my recent order and I was told they are always black.

Yeah I moved that orange Kramer in a moment of weakness. Now it's locked up in a vault in Florida. Damn.

That orange Kramer had a good thing going tonewise too. Better sounding than Precious IMO.

Tuesday the 7th is the day the Rex is delivered. Its also the day my auction ends for my Fender which will hopefully be the day I but Spector #2 from Donny ! Its gonna be a good week !

Getting ready to practice some of our new songs before the show we have booked this evening, I have been noticing a shift in tone coming from my NS2a so I better get the battery changed as well...anyone else got any shows booked?
