First rehearsal with the UV 5XL. Man, US 9v + B3K + 1001RBii = some very angry bass.
Sounds like a lot of fun!

Can I pay in pesos.
Jeez Torn, how many NS-2's do you need!
Reply: I have all the NS-2's I need, but not all the NS-2's I want!![]()
I use the DI on my 1001rb also, I have the MXR M80 and a passive DI just in case.
Outdoor gig today. One of my few gigs I get to use my full rig.
fEARful 12/6 & 15/sub, Bmax-T, Carvin HD1500, BDDI/pedals and my white NS2A. I super pumped to be able to crank to a good volume.
My Legend 5 will be making an appearance as a back-up as well.![]()
All packed up and ready for the show, we will load in and get a sound check around 5 for the show time at 8...going to take the black cherry NS2 for this show with the fretless bass, starting to really dig this Pau Ferro neck a lot.
$2015.00!!!

Submitting my entry to the club with my blue stain Euro 4 lx (EMG 18v pre, tuned BEAD) and spalted maple NS4-H2 (EMG 18v pre, DC pickups). You could say I like a pretty aggressive soundI only discovered Spector fairly recently and I am completely hooked. The tone and playability are unreal. My only problem now is dealing with GAS over another. Looks like I am in the right place...
Here's a shot of each bass. Taken with my iphone so forgive the quality.

May I recommend the EBS Microbass? I use mine every day - it records wonderfully, makes a great headphone amp and with it's two independent/combinable channels & built-in overdrive, it is the most versatile DI & most usable pedal that I own.![]()
No mixing in a mic on the cab?
I know, Right? Something's fishy about this whole auction.
Both beautiful! Congratulations and welcome to our family here!![]()
I've rarely had my cab mic'd over the years. I assume I'd have to request it since they never offer it, and on the rare occasion they do, it's instead of a DI not in addition.
Thanks for the tip - going to look at this and the Tone Hammer. I suppose I should also consider the B7K.

Yeah. Unless there's two fools with money, this thing will be back up in a week.
Why I buy/sell on Talkbass! I hate all the fishy stuff on Ebay!
Todd sent me some very nice pictures of my black cherry NS2, can this guy take pictures or what?
Not only does he sell Spector basses (at all price ranges), he even takes and sends great pictures on request...Thanks Guitar House and Todd Cooke!
Andy,
I used an Avalon U5 but recently switched to the Reddi DI. I'd give those some thought.
