OK now yeah. Unfortunately I've had to deal with it before, but the hospital knows how to treat it - harsh IV antibiotics, LOL!
A question to the Tone Pumpers: where do you tend to set your trim pot? I set mine pretty low but noticed a more tame sound, not only lower volume but less harshness. I like harshness
So where does everybody set their TP trim pot?
It is unlined, and i guess I would go for an unlined anways. Love the looks of an unlined fretboard. I am no fretboard looker anyways... I try to always look somewhere else when praticing so I don't get used to it too much.

I set mine about 40%. It drives my pre to the extent I like at full boost there. Which is where I keep it.

My Fretless Ibby arrived today...I played a complete set of songs with her. Amazing tones! I'm hooked on Fretless for life, now to save for a Spector Fretless. My wife loved the sound of the Fretless also. Tempted to take it to our benefit gig this Sunday. But I'll most likely take the Coda 5XL instead.
Cool, thanks John! I was quite surprised to see the fret lines wrap around the FB edge, which make intonation pretty easy. I played for over an hour today, completely loving it! I hope you'll be getting another fretless soon...there's magic in a fretless. I love the way each note literally vibrates up your finger and thru your body. Haha And Finger vibrato is amazing!Just remember that the side dot markers for a fretless are different than the ones are for a standard fretted bass. The dots are right where the first, 3rd, 5th, etc fret lines would be and not like the dots of a fretted bass which would be in the middle. Once I had that eureka moment, everything clicked
I had a custom fretless by Tom Clement who is a builder out of Florida. He makes some beautiful basses and I really loved the thing but it was 34" scale and at the time, I only had 35" scale basses so my intonation was starting to suffer since I was used to playing a larger scale bass. One day, I will have another fretless but right now I just can't justify it.
NBD today for me as well. 5:00 cannot get here fast enough!
No problem with edge lines
E on fret 7 of string A is one of my main octave E's also on my Coda 5XL also. Oh it's not a hobby...I'll be playing it for Christmas Sunday morning service next weekend. If my new strings, GHS Precision Flats of course, come in by Tuesday I'll be playing it for my Tue. night gig. 
I was surprised when I checked intonation that only the B string needed a very slight adjustment.

Happy to hear you're doing better. We have 3 family members with Cellulitis, one being our adult daughter. No fun! I don't envy the diet you'll be on.

Question for the modders, just because I'm too lazy at this point to check mine. on the tone pump controls, with bass and treb at max, are the pots at their max rating or at 0 ohms? I did hear someone mention a reverse pot but I thought it was the blend. I might have a fun project comming up.

Thanks for all the well wishes guys! This cellulitis is a skin infection similar to staph, have had it 3 times now and each time have been hospitalized at least a week. They treat it with a rotation of 2-3 different IV antibiotics that flatten me pretty good. Control of my diabetes has always been pretty okay but dealing with this 3 times in 15 months makes me think it's time to step up my game and get healthier.
I asked the nurses a few times if I could have one of my roommates being my bass in to play but they weren't having it. Would've been challenging with an IV in the back of my left hand but it wouldn't have stopped me. Biggest deal right now is just getting my energy level back up to normal. Been playing daily at home and will be rehearsing with the work band next week. Place we rehearse supplies back line but it's a mixed bag. So far rooms I've been in had an SVT7 Pro/Fridge (awesome) and a Carvin B800/210/118 rig (not so awesome). We'll see what I end up playing through next week. I'm just excited to play!
