Anyone know where I can find (online) the wiring diagram for the American (Hazlab) 9v preamp? I ordered one to put in my Euro Doug Wimbish, but it didn't have the wiring diagram with it.

I thought it was actually printed on the circuit board.
Possibly in abreviations (Something like: N HT=Neck Hot, B GR=Bridge Ground, etc.).
Seems like I remember my old ones having that.

The answer, for posterity, is:
"16" flat radius...that's our standard radius".

Good shape, it's not the original paint-job. Sounds amazing! I believe it's a 1986.

Seems to be a patern with these Korean 80's models. People are clueless on what they are worth.

The NS-2B's are the uncurved version of the NS-2A's.
Unless I am missing something on the "rare-ness" factor. Dont pay over $300 tops on this.

Yeah. I think $350 is the most if it's in great shape.
The NS-2B and NS-2C models are rare... meaning I see one of these for sale for every 25 or so NS-2A models. PJ says there was around 7,000 NS-2A models made. It might be fair to say that there are perhaps only 2,000-3,000 of these. This quality is the same as the NS-2A. Just it's a Bolt-on with a flat body. The 2C is a bolt-on with all passive equip.
If you figure that the NS-2A's retail price was $1,100 and the street price around $799... and today you can get them from between $350-$450...
The retail of the NS-2B was $899... street price in the day of $599... so by these numbers $275-$350 perhaps.
It does have the Korean-made Haz copy if it's all original.
Me and my band did some jamming today with a drummer friend, in an old barn in Herron, Mi., being made into a sound studio. 4 hours of FUN! My Ian Hill really punched thru the mix! Drums, keyboard(loud!), up to 2 electric guitars, bass. Even with only using my Ampeg B-15T Portaflex Fliptop. BTW...we were using a low end 7 year old Kodak camera with video, so I'll need to do some editing and then I'll post for your viewing.

Doug is in the area (Los Angeles)... he's performing with Lauren Hill (Fugees) tomorrow night at the LA Colosseum.
I'm supposed to interview him tonight after their rehearsal. Fingers are crossed it works out.
If I don't get cancelled, because I told him if he's tired he should rest and we can do the interview the next time he's in town, then I'll post some pictures for everyone tomorrow.
He's going to have the ORIGINAL Doug Wimbish NS-2... the one that all others were made from. I'm so stoked to get to see this bass in person. And he wants to see The Black Pearl. So I hope it works out!
