Hey, I tried to figure out your SN,,
Please decode KsPINeSH...

It's a word that I generated in high school. Petty sure it's a play on the band Spineshank. Been thinking about switching to something a bit more... coherent :)

Actually, there were two recently.
One like this Forte 4 and a Forte 5X.
Both at around $1400 asking.
I heavily considered the Forte 5X.....then the Wife intervened. :(

I'm really only looking for 5ers and I'm not a big fan of the Rex body style. Took me 4 years to snag a Streamer Stage II - I can wait :)

Although somewhat similar, the Forte X is the Thunderbird body style. They don't make a Rex in the Forte series.

Either way, not really my thing. I also have some reservation about the bare board... probably just me being picky, but I don't like when a blank board is lighter than the bass finish. My Warwicks work because the wenge/ebony is darker than the natural finish, but the other way around just looks a bit bland to me.

Tracking number, contact from seller, anything????

As far as I know...there is no tracking# bc I don't know if seller has sent it. I've sent multiple emails to seller with only one response and that was 2 days after the sale...he said thank you for buying the bass! He was out of town and would be back Sat. 12th and ship it to me then. Now 4 emails later...no response!

Wow! Thats almost 3 weeks ago.
The seller has 19 positive feedbacks...but none as a seller.

Yeah 3 weeks come Sat. Bought it on the 5th. Yes, same thing I thought...read all his feedbacks before pulling the trigger...sounded like a good guy.

Better start "The Ball" rolling and CYA!!!!!!!!!
Contact buyer, give a day to respond , then contact ebay/Paypal and start a claim. Document, Document, Document!

Last Sat. I got online with eBay chat and put it to them what was going on...started a resolution case...now eBay has contacted buyer and he had 7 days to respond and make right. After that then I get refund from eBay....which can take up to 14 days. I sent eBay all email correspondence. I've sent seller his final ultimatum also. Its nothing short of Thievery! Sellers has my money...I have nothing. Man! Supposedly that bass has never been out of the shipping box too! I would like the bass PLEASE. :D

But I have my eye on a couple other 5rs just in case.
Thanks guys for your support! :D I appreciate you!

Here's my ReBop 5 DLX-EX. Zebrawood! I've never been happier with a bass. The neck is perfect, tone is dialed in just right. Just got a Legend 6 (bubinga finish) with a bunch of upgrades from PhatBasstard, I'm pumped! Pics when it arrives.

That specific Zebop makes me like Zebrawood for some reason. It looks like its way more than just a top though?

Every Zebop I picked up looked like it was made of some fake wood lookalike haha
