Here are my two, since I promised pics. The photography isn't great, but I did the best I could with my crappy skills. I just picked up the NS4 this morning, its been waiting for me for about 3 weeks, which is when I got the NS5. Both have the EMG BTS pre, which from everything I hear is better than the Tonepump. This and the full maple body wings put these somewhere between 2001 and 2003 era Czech models, if my research is correct. My local GC had them both way underpriced, I got both of them for a little over $1,100 total. The NS5 has a few battle scars(most of which can't be seen from a distance of more than 5 feet), so it was the less expensive of the two. The NS4 is virutally mint. I plan to leave the NS4 in drop-D while the NS5 will be the usual BEADG. They can be smooth when I want them to be, but they usually have a more aggressive nature to them, which exactly the tone and type of response I want from a bass. I have done 3 gigs with the NS5 so far and I love it, I can't wait til my first gig with both of them. I am proud to own these great basses.
