yeah i told him i wanted 35, frankly 36 might be cool too, ive always wanted a super long huge fretboard haha.

is that radius size the standard or larger than usual (and what is that cause honestly i dont know lol).

Larger, they have a pretty flat standard radius. I personally like the rounder more "vintage" radius, I so opted for the custom radius on my neck.

Well, it sounds like I finally blew a speaker in my trusty little 210 Avatar cabinet. I've been pumping 500 watts through it for more than a year, which is right at the edge of what it should be able to handle. Getting some gnarly distortion coming out of it at volume.

I was going to buy a Squier VI for myself for xmas, but I guess I'm in the market for a new cab. If I wait until February, I can probably get myself something pretty nice, but I'll need something in the meantime.

To craigslist I go...

I'm really digging the TC Electronic HOF Mini that I got recently. Reverb is one of the few digital effects I like. Mostly because I like super extreme reverbs that are impossible to do in an analog format.

I've been wanting to scope out an EHX cathedral as well, but that new strymon bigsky is super tempting...but overkill. The only more "normal" reverb I've been interested in checking out is the Iron Ether Nimbus.

If you're looking for a more normal reverb the EHX Holy Grail is a classic. The EBS Dynaverb is really nice as well.

Yeah I figured this one time I need to go digital. Yeah think I am looking for some ambience type stuff to add. I keep trying out Vibratos thinking I will dig that sound and they go back out the door. I think I am getting shoegazery from pedal love, really happy with my dirt set up and the common modulation stuff, looking for the trippy stuff now I suppose. Yeah the Strymon stuff is very drool-worthy!!!

That Ditto and the brand new Jamman Solo XT look pretty sweet and simple to use, everytime I buy a looper it ends up having too many functions and quickly turns in to Chinese Algebra, and I sell it off. I think I need to go the simple route. It would be nice to write a riff or a chord progression on guitar and loop it to practice scales/arpeggios over. I got my handy dandy old school metronome, doubt I need all the drum machines and what not on the looper, until I actually get handy with the basics of a looper in the first place. Everytime I think I have all the pedals I ever need, a want pedal always pops up lol.

Yup, that Memphis amp with a gain pedal in front dimed makes a great 4am doom machine. It has a velcroy gated fuzz overdrive to it. I got an awesome MGR shirt that has a Marshall on it, super soft cotton.

exactly, why no one has made a simple one knob, click record, click again to play, click twice to stop, looper before is beyond me

I had my buddy (guitarist for machete and cover band)send you that shirt. That's a pic of his amp and his settings at the time. His is a photo shop buff. And that MGR is the only one with shirts like that.
