Stage 81: S/D thread

+1 Trinidad and curt are cool.

New guitar player with the dreads I've seen him live, and in public like four times, and he seems to be a bit of a douche.

Last time I saw him, he showed up in denton for the weedeater show and I said oh hey, saw you with Dixie witch blah blah kinda thing and he looked at me like I said I watched him poop secretly and he just did a 180 and walked away.

Live when I saw them he was extremely cocky and kept flailing around and riding his Flying V, knocking his cable out of his jack. Did that at least 4-6 times.

Huh, that's too bad. Clay (old guitar player) is super down to earth and humble but still melts faces with his guitar playing. A few years after moving back to WI from the southwest I heard that one our mutual friends had died, but it was rumor from an unreliable source. I managed to track down Clay's phone number and gave him a call. He confirmed the bad news, but we ended up just shooting the **** about music and friends for over an hour. We were both pretty drunk, but it was cool. I didn't even know him that well, but he was just a regular, nice dude who made time to talk to me.

My grandfather gets them, and our one cat just had urinary crystals, I guess they call them crystals in cats, man that cat suffered terrible, poor thing, and my Grandfather would have this look of pure pain, the please kill me know look. Migraines are brutal and I regularly wish for death but man things could be worse I suppose.

Yea, they are not cool, or wished upon anyone, but I think ladies would get over it faster.

Will your cats crystals work with a bedazzler? I smell an Etsy idea.

Kidney stones are the worst experience and pain felt I've had in my life. Wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

Drink lots of water....always. It's the only way to really prevent them.

I separated my hip a couple years back. Took about 4 days for the swelling to go down before the doctors could get everything lined back up and put back correctly in place.

Longest days of my life.

Corey since you went for drum lessons, you know of any good drumming lesson books out there? Was googling them yesterday and the drummer forums are as bad as the other threads on TB, instead of helping each other out they turn everything in to an argument about who's dick is bigger, my book is better than your book, yadda yadda.

Oh and on a side note, Micah was playing the drum set last night and was feeling his groove so much he fell of the drum throne, he did hurt himself, just 6 year old all turtling on his back on the floor, still had the drum sticks in his hands though, looking all confused and half a grin on his face. Oh we all had a good chuckle last night!

Not true, the worst part of them isn't the actual passing of the stone through the urerthra but the moving of the stone from the kidney to to the bladder.

Women who have given birth have gone on record that kidney stones are more painful than childbirth....to put things in perspective.

If you eat hydrangea root like candy it should round the stones edges pretty good.
Advice from my aunt.
You should have seen the size of the one she passed. It was like 2 bb's stuck together.
Runs in my family. I'm sure I'm due for some in a few years.

So it's the path of the ureter we all share the pain in, understandable, forgot about that pair of tubes (mine are NOS therefore better).

Yeah, now if we were talking about the actuall vag, they would be golden, they should make car tires out of them as they would never wear out...

My sister has two ureters on each kidney. When she has stones it takes her about 3 weeks to pass them as there isnt enough pressure to flush them out.

I did a med term class and my teacher was a nurse, and she said it's incredible how in this day and age how many women she gets in who had no idea in the world they peed through a different hole. Some even came in with massive urinary tract infections and were just effectively dying at home trying to douche themselves healthy (douches are also unhealthy).

She then taught us that a q tip dipped in iodine streaked down a ladies zone will make her urethra wink and that's how you find it for catheters.

Also my high school health science technology teacher told all the girls in my class to please shave down stairs one day, that was the first class of the day, and I woke up for sure when I heard that lol.

But after like 20 hours of classes towards a sonography degree that I decided wasn't me, I know a fair amount about peoples down stairs regions in terms and ways no one would deem sexy.
