These last 2 pages or so have been cracking me up.Between the homophobes and interwebz stalking I`ve been yukking it up.
I thought those Squires looked really cool. Well,I thought the bucker and the jazz single coil combo looked a bit weird but other wise I liked `em.

I can`t speak for the El Oso but I have a Rat Tail and I love it.

I like my Rat Tail, so far. I think the idea that it's "voiced better for bass" is a little over stated, but the no diodes mode is certainly more bass friendly. Although it does change the character of the distortion, making it a little more loose and less cutting. It's not the same effect as my big box RAT with a touch of clean blend, but it sounds good and it's got a lot more flexibility than a standard RAT by itself. I haven't had a chance to use it in a band mix though, that will be the real test.

Yeah I agree. I also don't like how the very highest frequencies produce this almost wah-like effect. It can also get a little mushy in the lows Overall it sounds really really good, not perfect but the closest thing I have found to what I was looking for in a distortion. I just wish it was a little tighter with less sputter. For now it will do but the search continues for me.

So im going out to my car with some old video game stuff i'm going to sell and leaving there till i mess with it tomorrow afternoon after work. Then some kid comes barreling down the street, stops, turns around, and starts slowly pedaling back toward my house as i was placing it in my car. I lock my car up and stare at him the he turns around and starts pedaling away. I take the stuff out and back in the house. FRICKING PEOPLE ARE WATCHING ME MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
