yeah I keep forgetting, the OSD and DK have the same gain. the OSD/DK have a bit more gain than the OCD is what I should have said.

True statements. I had an OCD awhile back that I couldn't mesh with, but the OSD/DK is just exactly what I've been looking for in bass gain for a long time.

I finally had a chance to play through my 810 at a slightly louder volume today. I`m not 100% sure but I think the newer 410 slant cab might be vibrating or a speaker is distorting. When I was playing my standard tuned bass I didn`t notice any problems but when I started to play my bass tuned to CGCF I thought I heard some type of distorting when I hit the low C.
It didn`t happen every time I hit a low note and the floor in front of the amp is super creaky. So I know that some of the time I thought I was hearing a problem my foot was just causing the noise.
I`m going to be bummed if it turns out that my new cab needs work done to it.

Radial big shot splitter. Put my fuzzes after the splitter into each amp that way each amp gets a different fuzz. If you use just one fuzz run your normal signal chain, the after the last pedal run into the splitter.
i'm really tempted to change back to roundwounds on my rick (and get a wah) after listening to church of misery all day. damn it.
glad I just checked the Fuzzrocious youtube channel. I don't think the Demon King is for me at all. My band isn't really doom....we may have some doom-ish riffs, but not doom enough to warrant the immenseness that is the Demon King. Holy **** that thing is gnarly.

Im the same way. The flats make my ric not play well with peds. What flats are you using?
i still have no idea how you guys play with flats. they feel so damn weird and they sound all wooly, theres no bite whatsoever. might as well just get nickels and wait until theyre completely trashed, then string up your bass with those, same thing lol.
When I first played them I loved the way they felt, simply for the oooohh/awwwww factor.
Never cared for playing them more than a few minutes though. Began feeling awkward...like I was cheating on my nickels, or something. Definitely felt like I was playing less heavy music.

I gotta check exactly the schedule. We are playing Sea/Tac April 26th and 27th. Currently set to play with DeadLight Effect from Boise (we are going together) and Deathbed Confessions from Tacoma.
