Yeah, I haven't quite looked into which model of the b-15 I would want, I would like an amp with the 4 inputs so I could mess around with bridging the channels with a Rat in between them or something like that.

I don't need a lot of volume, mostly I'm looking for something that will sound nice and full without shaking all the walls as I live in an apartment with a lot of neighbors, and if/when I move it will probably be to a condo in a similar situation.

Mostly want something that sounds great and inspires me to play more. I've found when I'm happy with my setup/tone I spend less time tweaking and more time playing.

Also when it sounds great I want to play more often.

Ain't it funny how with memories of an ex you remember when they tuned themselves up, lol. I grew up with lots of cousins and our favorite thing was hiding and scaring the crap out of each other, even when we got older, so I guess that stuck with me and my ex was a scaredy cat to begin with, I could make like scary growly noises and she would bolt to hide in another room, well I was thick on the hunt chasing her as she ran screaming to the bathroom to hide and she never bothered to actually open the door and she broke her toe, and was turtling writhing in pain on the floor and screaming you broke my toe, and kind of laughing about it after I said you and the door broke your toe, I can show you how to open a door if you want. I bet she curses my name every snowstorm it gets that broken bone ache from the weather. Good times!!!

The b15s has 4 inputs 60w and ran with 7027's like the v4. Usually in the $500-$800 range if you find one.

Overpriced 60's sears catalog garbage. Thanks to jack white, and other indie bands grabbing them, guys like this think their mail order guitars are national treasures.

Man I'm an only child I did that with my mom all the time. I'd hide behind the door in the garage when mom got home and when she walked in and pushed the door on me I'd sit still til she was almost past and reach out and grab her should and say, "You rang." Man did my Lurch scare her one time, in a panic she grabbed a broom and started fighting me.

Also hid under my parents bed (or anyone else) until lights out and quiet. Then just say in a calm voice "hey, I guess I should leave". Always freaked people out.

Thanks for the info. If I can find one in the $500-800 range that would be pretty awesome. Most of the flip top amps I run across lately have been $1000+

Still this is going to have to happen after a few things, like the EGC and Dunwich pre. But hopefully not too much further down the road it can happen.

Their usually cheaper since they have the SS rectifier and they are the biggest heaviest of the single 15 b15 family.

I hear ya, a hurricane went through and blocked the driveway to my girlfriend's place before we moved in together so I borrowed a chain saw and got it back open but I was reaching up and and kind of slipped a bit and it landed on the ground between my legs, I jumped back out of the way but man did I shriek like a Banshee. Careful is right, can get tuned up in the blink of an eye with machinery.
