I might have to PM you, I've been curious about voice overs. Really want to find someone into flash animation and make a cartoon web series or something.

Speaking of, some of you guys have interesting Screen Names, and I always wondered what MC_Muench was. I gleaned from your vacation updates your Scottish and your name is Muench? is it like McMuench or is the MC just like the hip hop prefix? Niff, Locopeland, and Sartori also peaked my curiosity.

I use Samsquanch1972 because I love the Myth of Sasquatch and I love The Trailer Park Boys and I was born in 72, and my last name is Looker and if I use it as a Screen Name I think that would come off as vain or something and not me at all.

My wife and I are just getting into voiceovers and doing audiobooks... we have a friend who's done 5 books already and she's getting paid. Sounds fun, spent a ton of time making demos for her and getting her profiles and stuff set up and I'm next.

It's funny how little things matter so much when it's just raw voice and you have to mix and master it yourself and remove all the little imperfections and breaths and stuff. I'm no pro but I'm getting better at it. If you mix and master your own stuff, you get paid double!

If you find all the pieces for your little flash thingamagig I'd probably do it for fun =p.

Has was my trolling name from like 9th grade. but have since used it for everything not "serious".

Spanish class 7th grade we got this girl name ReRe in our class and everyday she'd troll the teacher, teacher would ask a question, and she'd go "OOOO ask ReRe!", then once she got asked a question about spanish, she'd immidietely go "burrito chimichanga taco!!!" every single time every single day until she moved like two months later.

It's a mild 97 in the shade, I'm on the porch, posting gear ads, shooting a sling shot at small animals, drinking beer, and messing with some trees. I love being a self employed student. It's like being retired.

There's a page online that has plans for a DIY portable voice over booth. It's basically just big enough to put a condensor mic with a desktop stand in and you speak directly into it. It's on the website of some voice over guy, I wish I had the link to drop off the top of my head, but a quick search would probably pull it up.

I've thought about doing voice over work before. I have nice recording equipment setup and ready to go at home at a moment's notice and plenty of experience with vocal performance in the past. I'm lacking the motivation to know or care how to get into that world though, it's kind of at the opposite end of the spectrum of what I like to do with my time (make stuff).
