Nice! I've heard good stuff about the 150. That's good to hear. What cab are you running it with? I've gone through a handful of cabs but have been enjoying my flatback 810 lately. After a handful of different cabs I've really come to enjoy sealed cabs.
THIS IS ROCK N ROLL! Not rocket science, dime everything, hit the drums with sledgehammers, a room mic, hit record.
But really I agree with you Sam, also love the new artwork.
IME DIY is fine for demos or an EP but if I'm gonna record a full length with intentions of vinyl, I'm going to a studio. Even if I have a person whose verse in the equipment and software, the atmosphere in a studio where everything is out of my hands besides getting my track done correctly is a lot better. And I have a different, more "professional" attitude toward getting it done when its coming out my pocket.
Yeah VEGA trying to DIY record a full length the multiples times we did really showed me how hard it is even with the equipment, software and knowledge. And even when we could get it working, something stupid would happen and poof it would all be gone.
Pretty sure VEGA is cursed...
i have it running into two 612 sunn 2000S clones, made technically by monolith, but not really haha.
This would be awesome to cover.
