Stoner/Doom Bassists 84: Name That Amp!

Behringer BDI21 is always on. Mostly NYC Muff as primary tone, sometimes the Ultimate Drive. Busing the UD more lately as it reacts better to dynamics. The muff I an always screamer whereas the UD gets bigger when I dig.
I pepper in Phaser mostly on stoner style riffs or just building massive walls of fuzz. Delay with this too. Can't wait to get my looper back... just have to mail it off.
One of these "years" I want to get an IE Xerograph to play with. Until then, it's the Behringer BSY600 and Digitech Bass Synth covering uncharted sonic territory. Very sparingly with these. Wah, almost never. If I had an expression pedal, the wah would probably go.
The Feedback Looper is the missing element right now.

Y'all are speaking in foreign tongue right now to me. Off the top of my head I can't think of any bands I like that use legitimate sax.
Took band photos tonight at practice, that was fun and weird, hate having photos taken. Didn't get to play as much as we would've liked but now that we got these pictures done and a demo track on the net, we can hunker down and actually write a sets worth of music.
And I'm still lovin the straight in tone I'm getting from my Peavey Standard, piano-ish smooth cleans to gritty fuzz with by changing playing style and attack. Haven't had to touch a knob in over a month.

Where do you folks put your phaser in your chain? I've always kept mine before my pre-amp (VT Bass) but I'm really liking it after my Echo Shifter when I want to go into full-on Hawkwind territory. That means putting it at the end of the chain though, and I can't decide whether it sounds "right".

Played my first real show with my post punk band, Prayer Flags tonight. Got a lot of positive attention, which was nice. Local DJ, some musicians I admire. Not a bad start

What I'd suggest myself would be names from the Malazan universe, but nobody but me apparently has read those books.
So, Draconus, Dragnipur, K'rul, Mael, Silanah, K'orladis, Scabandari, Dryjhna, Ammanas, Kilmandaros, Tiam, Korabas, Tremorlor, etc.
All of which mean nothing to everybody besides me. Probably.
I've actually sometimes thought about doing a sludgy, slowed down, march tempo version of "Powerslave."
Indeed not. The project file on my guitarist's computer for Catapult's album takes like 20 minutes to load... and his computer is normally really fast, too.
Also... anyone have any ideas for lesser-known basses that might cop the sound of a Rickenbacker set to bridge pickup only?

I put mine at the end with the modulation, before delay. I figure I want my passer to be delayed, not the other way around. Some advocate modulation in an effects loop, but I run my whole chain straight into the amp.
Sounds heavy. You ever read about how much torture and abuse 3rd world maids can endure while serving in the emirates etc?
The other day some lady escaped and they found like tons of pins, needles etc jammed In her and healed over and stuff. F'ed up for sures.
Going to check out that RB800 tomorrow, curious about the high and low speaker outputs it has. Does it have like a crossover for highs and lows?
