wrong show. john did two shows, one was that festival where they all shared, that one was fine.
the whores show was another show and another lineup, and whores i guess was having an issue with multiple shows on that tour with gear borrowing, the night after the pittsburgh show it happened again (boston i think) which is what caused them to post that on FB.

he fooled me then, the 20 minutes i hung out with him and his band on their bus i didnt get the crust punk vibe at all, but oh well.
and the entire show was filled with hicks, not a crust punk in sight (they dont have money to go to shows at big venues lol).

i ****ing love this torche album meanderthal, pissed i never bothered listening to this a few years ago.

So instead of a bass, I bought my guitarists Windsor halfstack for $300. Went from 5 tubez watts to 100 tubez watts in a week. Yeah. Actually sounds great for bass, like a Ric through a marshall. Ive been loving my valve junior, that EL84 crunch, thought why not get more of them. Again TUBEZZZZZZZZZZZ. I'm gonna paint the white, black or make a metal grill for it. And put a big old pointy Peavey logo on it me thinks.
Windsor be 100 watts of el-34's. Now I want another!
Edit: also that should have a pointy logo, looks like he pulled it off or someone else did. And you can find thread on TB where a guy mods it to be his bass amp. I have a bunch of email correspondence with him and diagrams somewhere. I did some of the mods with my dad, but my dad didn't grasp what the mods did exactly so argued they were invasive so he scaled back a lot and I think he missed the key points of the mods as we skipped one that lowered gain and one that let more bass through the pre.

If you assume correct gear prices though, your paying like $100 a book lol. I guess that's the stud fee
