Where's the bass?!![]()
Wow that whores post and the comments...
Pm'd Sam.
That being said...Peaveys are pretty solid amps but they don't carry the same vintage cool that Sunn and other brands do. I guess what I'm saying is don't pay too much for it.
Bassed on my experience with a "dually" I could say the same ;-)
Seriously. Want to scope a dually.
what was the "whores post"?
Haha, maybe... hard for me to say, because using that Tech 21 Landmark 300 was a new experience as well. All I know is I couldn't feel my notes like I normally can. Felt like my tone was kind of thin and sterile. I don't know if FoF noticed, but after he got off stage helping me dial in a tone, I turned both the volume and bass knobs up 25% haha. NEEDS MORE BASS.
I don't mean to sound like a snob though. It was very convenient and helpful that FoF let me use his amp and my bass sounded fine.
Like I said, the dudes in the band seemed nice enough. Very likely it could have been their tour manager controlling their FB.
Man no need to spend the money but there's a Pelham blue epi tbird for $200 obo in town and it'd be smashing with chrome covers.

Wait, why did you have to use their gear? I guess I'm a dick. No one touches my shite.
