That being said...Peaveys are pretty solid amps but they don't carry the same vintage cool that Sunn and other brands do. I guess what I'm saying is don't pay too much for it.

Wow thanks for all the responses guys . The price is ok ( 180 euros) which may be more that 100-150 bucks but people are insane near here , i recently saw a silverface bassman 100 with matching cab for a price of 1,800 euros !

Haha, maybe... hard for me to say, because using that Tech 21 Landmark 300 was a new experience as well. All I know is I couldn't feel my notes like I normally can. Felt like my tone was kind of thin and sterile. I don't know if FoF noticed, but after he got off stage helping me dial in a tone, I turned both the volume and bass knobs up 25% haha. NEEDS MORE BASS.

I don't mean to sound like a snob though. It was very convenient and helpful that FoF let me use his amp and my bass sounded fine.

I jut know the 810 is smooth sounding compared to the 3015 loaded cab

i turned off Senses Fail to listen to that.

now im fully aware of how "lacking a penis" i am for listening to senses fail, but ive never understood the hank III appeal aside from his name. maybe its cause im not into country music or drinking whiskey or confederate flags, i dont know. assjack is fun live, thats as far as i go tho.
