Good call creating the vega band camp. Good stuff man. I'd have done the same.
Got a guy at the local record store hooked on Bongripper. Downloaded everything. Says he's hoping to buy a few copies of hippie killer. Still haven't been able to try and buy one

any word Ron?Sup dudes? I haven't been on much lately, because I've been slaving away on DIY home improvements. New baseboard through the whole house, next up I gotta make new faux shutters for the front windows and paint all the trim and sillnose I installed on the new windows earlier this year. Then maybe I'll finally get around to cleaning out the garage and start building my woodworking shop in there.
I recorded a new song the past couple days. I was playing around with my RAT into different fuzzes (Pharaoh on one side, Meathead Dark clone on the other) on guitar and RAT on bass. Got to write something with a little more straight ahead metal influence and some palm muting, I dig it. Really wanna try a similar setup with a Dunwich Volt Thrower or ODB into the Wizard and Cthulhu fuzzes though. Can't wait for the tourbox to get to me.

Just saw Neurosis and Yob last night. Maybe going to a show isn't the smartest thing to do the same day as getting discharged from the hospital, but it was damn worth it, even sitting in the balcony as I was (just the walk from the car to the venue exhausted me with my lungs being in the state they're in, so I figured it was best not to try my luck).
I wish the Regency wasn't so pushy about shooing us all out when we were trying to buy more merch and chat with the dudes from the bands. Did manage to talk to Aaron from Yob a bit, again, who fortunately doesn't seem to mind talking about bass gear, ha ha. They're putting out a new album soon, apparently, which is pretty cool.

Thanks guys. Tried the Ric at practice last night and it sounded huge! Once I get a new nut and a setup i think it will be great.

Lol, I was listening to NPR on the morning ride in to work and a guy in New York got mugged for his cell phone and when the thief got the phone and looked at it and saw it was a flip phone he handed it back to the victim, FN priceless!!!
I was getting my Norway on last night watching Lilyhammer lol, I kept thinking that is where DFB is from!!!
Dig the soundcloud Corey! I need to upgrade my baseboards also, they all work but they are ancient, I figure they must have gotten more efficient over the years.

The store should be back up on friday. We've got black copies of the record left. We ended up overselling the green records, so we've been trying to rectify that and just figure out what is left so we can open the store back up.
I'll give you dudes a heads up once it's back up.

It went on sale for a good price so I grabbed it. I've been looking for a good deal on a ric to set up for C# tuning.

Man, today is dragging already.
Had an epically long and gory dream last night about an infective sort-of-zombie virus. A lot of melting corpses, dismemberment, odd behavior, paranoia about who had been infected, etc. I wasn't overly disturbed or upset during the dream, it was just weird.
Coffee's taking its sweet time to start working.

I think winter dust and dander indoor allergies makes a zombie out of a lot of people. I don't care how many hours of rest I get this time of year, I wake up feeling like I never slept a wink with eyes full of allergy sleepers lol.
You would be good in a Zombie Apocolypse as you keep your cool apparently lol
