And also for noise/am etc, there is a device called a "pipe bomb" essenentially, you get a tube, and the input goes to a tiny speaker, and the output is a mic and essentially is causes all kinds of grungy feedback stuff as the signal goes in there from one place to the other then into the amp.
I've also always wanted to try/own a road master head! I have that same series 400 B head, just got it working, how do you like yours? Use the fuzz and stuff that's in the head?

You can do it with the pedal BBS recommends below \/ or you can do it with an eq pedal. cut out everything below 400hz and everything above 2000hz. Immediate vintage vinyl / telephone tones.

I see what you mean.
If you are going to have your friend build you the TL606 cabs, that would be my #1 way to go since you already have speakers. Do your current cabs have any reusable hardware/jackplates/etc...? You can reuse those too. I would get all new screws though. SHould be around $60 in wood and around $40 depending on how much of your current cabs you can repurpose.
If you have the budget for a dually, why are we still talking a bout it?

Toastfuzz built one of these but ****ed it up somehow. Might want to ask him for advice on what not to do =P
