Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread 29: "Please Huff Responsibly"

Stumbled onto this awesome custom pedalboard maker out of Oregon last night. This **** is legit as hell and priced pretty good IMO

http://www.facebook.com/AgapeCustomShop

Thanks Ryan, the cases are based off Salvage's design. I emailed Daniel a while back and asked about having them build me cases for my boards, but they were too busy. Daniel was really cool about it because I approached him honestly instead of just taking his design, he gave me permission to use the lid design, and asked that I use different hardware to try and differentiate between the cases.

Cool stuff. Where do you see prices though?

It's farther down on the main FB page.

Ok, so I can't seem to get facebook to cooperate and let me list my email address in the contact section, so I'll just put it out this way...if you would like to reach me and talk about placing an order for a custom board or have a question that for whatever reason you would rather email me, my new email address is [email protected].

Also, as far as pricing goes, for a standard board like
the one in the pictures the price starts at around $150. What does that get you? A 24" x 12" board with a nearly endless array of tolex color options. Tweeds and canvas are also available for an additional $25. The boards will come standard with a power inlet (standard 3-pin AC or IEC style), on/off switch, and two 1/4" jacks (1 input, and 1 output). The placement of these items is up to you. A custom fit lid option is also available for another $150.

I hope to get the website up before the holidays and that will break things down a little more, but until then please feel free to post any questions or requests to the page or send them to the email above. Thank you for your time.

Hey Dunwich or any other pedal gurus, I was wondering if there is such a pedal for just weird sounds or if one could be made? Like we have our little dronefeedback part in Dry Sea and I just want to be able to experiment with some different things (Moloch, still working on some noise stuff for you). Is there any just weird pedals that go bananas when you step on them?

A pedal just for making noises? Dwarfcraft Great Destroyer?

Has anyone tried unhinging a suitcase and using some of those butterfly latches to keep the suitcase closed? Could be essentially, the same thing.

Was just thinking about this for the suitcase I picked up yesterday...

The Great Destroyer was great for that...

Skychord makes some cool droney stuff, 4ms makes some really cool noisey bleep bloop kinda stuff, otherwise I would say look at a feedback loop pedal like a DBA total sonic annhilation, then you throw some cheap ass delays and trem's in there and it will get crazy weird and footswitchable. Or you could have someone build you a loop pedal that has a on / off switch like normal and then a momentary switch to engage a feedback loop, then you put your time based effects in there and you can use them like normal or have momentary crazyness.
