Awesome definitely noted, thanks!!! Hopefully when I finally have my finances in order to buy one I will be able to go over to Ji's place and try one out first hand through my gear just to make sure I like the p/u's.

Hmmm that's quite a good line up, I've played with many of those bands before and they're all amazing live. Glad to see borracho on the up and up, when we played with them at SHOD XI they were tight as could freakin be.

My only thoughts are that the Terror bass relies on preamp distortion for grit. I don't like preamp distortion. So...I would use the Terror bass for its excellent clean tones and power and use my favorite dirt box with it.

Hey, thanks bro! And yeah, the B2R with my Big Muff and Ampeg cabs sound awesome. But when we play a show with no PA support, it's just not loud enough. And I was considering an SVT4Pro, but it seems that there's a lot of features that I don't want. There's not many bells and whistles with the Orange Terror, which is fine by me. Having a 4 ohm/8 ohm switch is pretty sweet, though.

4Pro ehhh. There are better amps out there than that. If you would be interested in an SVT let me know I've got one for sale and you could swing by and check it out.

I haven't picked it up yet (planning on pulling the trigger in a week or two) but I really enjoyed the Bass Terror I played through. Killer dirt and grit with the gain up high, just a touch of stank with it down low.

I've heard a few people voice concerns about quality, but one or two bad apples is to be expected with mass produced amps, AFAIK. I don't think it's a 30 or 40 year amp like an SVT, but I think it'll get the job done with a great sound.

I wonder if I could get away with Black Metal in the Netherlands???!?

I know most of my favorite music isn't offensive but I try to keep folks from knowing my personal taste. It helps us all stay cordial.

LOL! You guys must have had bad luck with V4's. Mine is a 76 and holds up for weekly 3 hour practices going on about 3 years now. I let a Cure tribute show use it and it was played through for 5+ hours. I feel like mine holds up pretty damn well for a 36 year old piece. My vintage SVT has failed me twice since I've had it. To each their own. I wouldn't be afraid to buy another oldie. I personally think it's a great value for an awesome sounding amp.
