The Cutting and power from the mods to Matamp or the FDeck? I am thinking the FDeck will be good, since I'll be using one tide of my setup purely for clean, and need all the headroom I can get without running the risk of blowing my new neo cabs or getting distortion.

After lurking for a loooong time, I decided to finally post here.

I currently don't play in a Stoner/Doom Band, but I really like the music, the attitude and the rigs :p :hiding:

The mods to the matamp just gave the EQ a little more range. the fdeck made it sound cleaner in the low end and gave it more punch. the cab and amp also seem to react to my playing more quickly. and it just sounds louder in the mix. before the fdeck i would have good days and bad days with my rig (regardless of which amp i was using). the bad days are virtually non existent now. Every jam and gig the bass is loud and clear without losing any beef.

Dunajam would be the $&@/. I'd love to go just to hang there. And to see if Paz Leschantin was there to hit on in a creepy old dude way.

It's a clear acrylic kit made by a company called Fibes. They're called Crystalites. Kinda reminiscent of Ludwig Vistalites. Some people say that they're better. They sound awesome. Sizes are 12/16/22 with a 14x6" Mapex hand hammered steel snare. A beast in its own right. For cymbals I've got 15" Sabian AAX-celerator hi-hats, 17" AA medium thin crash, 18" AA rock crash and 21" AAX raw bell dry ride. That set just kills.

If you dont notice a difference or benefit from it, i'll buy it from you. i want a second one for a friend of mine.

Corey hasn't said much about it but it seems like he is keeping it.
