No shows I've found yet. Richardson is rather dull it's the suburbs of Dallas, you will have to venture out possibly. I've only visited the family of a friend there/been to the half price bookstore. What are your interests so I can figure out what to suggest. I work in colleyville by the airport (the big purple patch).

And for clarification, it's not that I dislike the Flanger/Envelope Filter combo, it's that I can't quite get the sound I'm thinking of. The ones I have now can get harsh - I use them on some higher pitch stuff, and it makes my cabs squeal, but in a bad way. So, flanger and envelope filter suggestions are still welcome.

I used to have the MXR envelope and loved it. Only sold it to fund amps/cabs and because I wasn't using it in my metal project. It seemed to lose a little low end when used without a parallel clean, but it was the most fun and responsive filter I have played. I'll be getting another eventually.

They're a seriously shaging tight band and kind of an institution in Madison. I'll not go to one of their shows for 6 months, then check them out and be blown away all over again. Since they got their latest bass player Darwin they've gotten even better. Seriously impressive poopie. Good gear too.

Hope you get it back, and if the cops arrest him, ask them to make sure he doesn't have a tragic fall down some stairs while cuffed.

So that Lars sucks thread got my attention last night.
Never heard of "... And Justice for Jason" before.
Was neat hearing bass on that album. Pretty Hamfisted job mixing it back in though.
I think if it were re released officially with mo'bass, I might actually buy it.
I grew up on Metallica but really grew to hate them over the Napster thing. Hating which has only gotten worse every time Lars opened his mouth.
Feel like a punk wanting to give that fool more money though.
Hopefully it will never happen so I don't get compelled to buy it.

Yeah, I guess it's fan recorded. But still interesting. I would probably dig a bass enhanced, official remaster of it. Or let Jason (and he can play whatever he wants) and the rest re record it all, and Lars is not allowed in the booth.
