Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

"I'm going to the bathroom, gotta fart for a minute"

My boss said that today. I never thought about going to the bathroom to just blast out some farts. It was always hold it or release. Now there's a new option!
He went to the bathroom hoping he just had to fart. He left cause he was unsure. Otherwise you'd have been cropdusted.

Sounds like your in good company. He didn't have to say it out loud. ;)

I like my bosses a lot. I Met the other intern today. Figured out a few things.

1. He's the reason my chair smells funny. He smelled like sour buttholes.

2. They can't remember his name.

3. They don't really talk to him.

4. I go out with the bosses for lunch every day and never say no. They asked him and he straight up said no. Seriously why would you say no to that? Learning, relationship building, food and we get paid regardless?!?

Sounds like this guy can't stop f*cking up. He needs to start saying yes and apparently sprinkle some sugar on his b hole.

I hope that's not a joke and you do practice sugar based hygiene.

The two GIS trainer hotties were back today and they took my department for lunch at a good place in town and they treated plus I ran in to an old buddy who was a waiter there and he invited me to come to his band's weekly jams.

That is an issue at work. It's literally me and two older guys. Nothing to look at. Only glimpse of the live female form I get is some older accountant ladies in the office by the bathroom...

I've got a dilemma guys.
I put my warwick streamer rusty up for sale in reverb. Ive been having second thoughts on selling it. Cos it's a unique, practically one of a kind, awesome and beautiful bass.. I was thinking of ending the listing and someone just offered me $2500 for it.
What would you do?

It's a hefty chunk of change, ....but......

How often do you play it? Do you really like it as an instrument or just as a concept?

Jammed with my old band last night, went well enough. But I was reminded why I decided to leave. Oh well I'm just playing this one gig for them next week and I'm done.

Now to enjoy the start of my weekend with some tunes, see you on the other side.

I play it at home a good bit. Not so much with the band as its not voiced where it naturally sits perfect with our sound. I can make it work, but its not a natural... however, just because it doesn't fit with my current gig doesn't matter soooo much, because bands come and go...
