Of course, it was also the favorite drink of bro-ish douches at my college, so there was a bit of that stigma to it in my circles, too.

Tastes like liquorice so it's ok in my book, but I'd never buy it. Beer all the way, maybe a rum and coke, or coconut water in a rare moon, Or tequila and something in a rarer moon.
Finishing the storage shedding tomorrow and gonna tray to rig up a wheeled travois/cart for Leela to carry when we go down town. She can haul her food and water, peoplesnacks and beer and a blanket and her tether screw lol.

I'll drink anything that's not vodka. I hate that wretched thing. Had a period a few years ago when I drank something every day, not excessively, but still. Now it's like 2 or 3 beers once a week and/or a bottle of wine during the weekend. Whisky or bourbon in more social circumstances. And rarely overdoing it. I've grown to hate when alcohol gets in the way of stuff I want to do the next day.

Meth is so much lighter, too. No clanking glass, or cans. Mmmmm, lot lizard. I like mine fried.
Truly meth is the apéritif of the thinking man. Gets you ready for anything.
I tend to favor my lot lizard warmed and greasy under some hotdog lamps. The lighting really masks the jaundice.

Got the first Heavycraft gig on the calendar: 11/7. May have one lined up in Oct, too. Progress and stuff.
Used to love it, haven't tried it for quite a while. Many "mind eraser" nights by it.
Idk if I'd consider anyone working a truck stop to be a "chef". Maybe nacho cheese pump technician at best... And if they want to boogie, well I'll be their huckleberry.
Hope it's the good stuff at least. I'm pretty cheap by nature and necessity, but subpar whiskey ain't worth the time.
For all those mentioning Jager, have you ever tried Barenjager? It's the honey version of it. It is so overly sweet, but good for tiny sips.
Band practice tonight was a resounding success! Everything sounded great in the mix, got a new idea or two brewing.
Dog update: She's still a bit shy, but getting better. Long stretches of non-carpeted areas are still trouble, but she's doing the tile in the kitchen just fine and did a new area to her just a few minutes ago. We'll keep going!

Barenjager? Jäger for bears? ha! Beer for me. Wine's alright. a lil' bourbon or scotch during the cooler months (like all two and a half of them here) is nice. I'll have the occasional gin & tonic on a hot day. That's about it for my boozin' habits. I like beer. Mmm beer.
It means "bear hunter". Regular ol' Jaegermeister means "master hunter".
Couple things I forget if I mentioned. Try feeding her in the crate and place the crate on the tile. She has to walk over the tile into the crate to eat. So she finds tile and her crate to be a cool sanctuary. Also put a blanket over it so it's like a cave.
