I know Orange gear gets a "its for metal" reputation here on TB.
Some decidedly not doom from a TB500.

And here is where you can hear a song off the new record
Nah, this record is the RD's final performance. I didn't get the EGC in time, it came about 2 months after we were done tracking.
It was RD > Demon King, Volume Pedal > Moog 104M >(Duniwch DI) > Dunwich Mostly Harmless (ampeg side)/Carvin DCM3800 > Dually.
Low end taked from the DI, Mic covered the rest.
Thanks, that and Jonny Quest were my favorite action cartoons as a kid. I was youtubing them for Micah and he loved them too.Have I mentioned that I really dig your Herculoids avatar?
Kids are cool like that. My daughter is on a spiderman kick right now. Not the cool semi recent show but the cheesy cartoon from 1980. Why don't more children's shows have disco dancing? Thanks, that and Jonny Quest were my favorite action cartoons as a kid. I was youtubing them for Micah and he loved them too.
That's awesome. I listen to the Budos Band because they sound like the background music for Jonny Quest.Kids are cool like that. My daughter is on a spiderman kick right now. Not the cool semi recent show but the cheesy cartoon from 1980. Why don't more children's shows have disco dancing?
I love it.
Could work with a good octave pedal.
I saw some videos where guys where using Whammy's as like a pseudo chorus pedal, like chorus without the warble, sounded pretty good. Kind of tempting me to pick up a Whammy.I use various octave effects if the mood strikes. Every now and then I'll get a hankerin' for my OC-2 and plop it on my board. It only sounds good on higher notes but gives it that synthy beefy low end. The Bass Whammy tracks better on lower notes than the OC-2, so if your rig can go hella low it's pretty cool. I also like the Meat Box to blast the **** out of people occasionally.

Thanks, good to know. It's got two chorus settings. It works pretty well as a chorus, only I run the BW after my CS-2 near the beginning of my chain. So, with the dirt on (and it's always on), it sounds too mushy having chorus (via BW) into dirt. At least that's my take.
