Opened up the AC12- in place of the main fuse was a wad of 70s vintage tin foil. Shame on me for not checking that first thing. Also, one of the larger electrolytics its already semi-exploded. Shame on me for that one too, yikes. Really glad i didn't take out the OT. It's a testament to ampeg reliability though, sucker was still working despite all of that.

Currently discharging caps and cleaning out dead spiders.

Hey fellas so I scored this bag end d10bx-d for $280(asking price $350)on Craigslist.

I got to try it out on the guys fender jazz thru a Hartke lh4000? The low end for 2x10s actually sounded really good. I was pretty surprised.

I think eventually I'll get one of the 1x15 4(ohm) extension cabs out there or buy a fearless bassic 15 with the faital 4(ohm) and run the svt 2 pro on 2(ohm).

Nice find. Suggestion to pull the Red Dot driver and be sure the squawker is tight. One of mine needed to be secured when I picked them up. Wouldn't figure they would spin loose but they can take some abuse.
Used my D10BX-D stack last night.

just bought a moer mod factory online, because i was curious about it, reviews are allover the place, hoping it has 2 or 3 useful things that i can use with the either my drives or my octave and delay, i'd probably save a lot of time and hassle if i just used my cheapo behringer multi fx mixer, it's got about 150 effects of which i'm sure some are useful

Here is 45,000lbs. It's actually pretty light right now as the company is moving to a new facility at the end of the week(super stoked). That's not including any of the rye, whole wheat, rice, spring flours, the oats, corn meal, semolina flour, milk powder, natax, various seeds/nuts, white sugar, sanding sugar, brown sugar, butter, milk, eggs, honey, molasses or the 55 gallon drums of lye.


I throw more than 15 lbs of flour on the floor every night while simply producing, haha

I made all the bread at our place from Thursday through the weekend. Actually ran out of sheet trays on thursday and had to do five batches to keep up. Not nearly what you do in a day, but after 2,000 dinner rolls, I felt it in my forearms on saturday.

I think you and me are the only ones in this group who would go under 33" (ric).

I'd have to paint the headstock and add a watermark. Blank head stocks look lonely.

What's spring flour? Also I always thought semolina flour was just Mexican grocery store way of saying flour, vs their more common corn based masa and such.

I dig Superfuzzes but mostly on guitar. Haven't tried one on bass in a band in a while, though, could be worth revisiting. What SF did you use?

Been out of pocket and getting caught up here, hope y'all had a good holiday.

Played a good set with Heavycraft on Sat night, covering QOTSA's Song For The Dead slays. Practice tonight, finishing work on War Pigs & adding Search & Destroy.

Bass rig:

Warlock (C stnd) > AD200 > borrowed GK 115. Sounded good. Got a Rainbow Machine to make big fuzzed-out swells between songs, etc.

Edit: Modded Squier P (BEAD) not pictured.

not that song...thats my old band when we try to do stoner post rock stuff these days i am playing this song, i feel like i sold my soul to the devil...then again i just want to perform at a local stage call the waterfront at my local area (kinda like house of blues in the US) and record an album just to have those two crossed off my bucket list
