Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Got shingles. thought that was some kind of old school disease like scurvy that no one has had since 1873. Apparently that is not the case.

Nuttin really going on musically, got a couple of gigs in a month but real quiet other than that.

It actually piggybacks the chicken pox virus. If you've had chicken pox, the shingles virus already lies dormant within you.

I found an old 8" metal Peavey badge on the bay for my CL400. It's badge-less front grille was a bit bland and naked looking. Now it bursts with cvlt pride.

I plan on trying out an LED strip within the shell. Nothing permanent, but I think it would look pretty dope.

Loud as **** indeed. $5 plastic homemade series box to the left of the head will be velcroed to the back of one of the duallies to keep it out of view and prevent it from just dangling there.

I got a light kit from Amazon that has 4-12" strips that can do full spectrum color. It also strobes, fades and cycles colors. I probably won't use any of those features, but it was one of the cheaper options($34) for multiple colors.

Should I top mount, bottom mount, side mount or wrap all the way around?
