Only running the SVT with one cab is a double edged sword. I can actually turn it up a bit to get my cleans loud enough comparably to my dirty volume but then Im really pushing the cab hard. Havent blown anything yet, but my 810, which has an 800 watt handling, starts farting out after like a hard, loud hour of playing or so. Cold it sounds fine and no farting, but after a while...FRRRRRRRRRRRRRTZZZZ, like they start overheating. So the last half of practice I usually have to dial everything back.
Wow, I need to go to one of your shows.

get an Fdeck HPF.
I think its more of a thermal overload problem than it is a overexursion from sub lows. But ill look into them.

View attachment 936370 DR400 EQ settings. Pretty basic.
I'm at home and the rig is at the studio. That's already a much more rounded tone than I use.couldn't respond earlier, i was photographing rabbits and hummingbirds in the park, usually i have the 250 all the way up and the mids at 10, bass at 8, and treble at 6.5

FOMO?Facebook-induced FOMO is hitting hard due to all my friends and acquaintances at Psycho Las Vegas right now. Soooo Jealous. One friend is reporting Matt Pike playing poker at the Hard Rock right now, ha ha.

thanks, that seems like a much better starting point and more similar to what i had before
I have my mids at 10, bass at 7-8, treble at 2. On the graphic, I have the middle two pushed all the way up, the next ones out halfway up, and the outer two at the centerline.
