Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Looking forward to rehearsal Wednesday and Saturday, last Saturday was a bust.
Drummer has a new song tracked with some drumming SW and Guitar. Vocals roughed in. I'm noodling on the riffs in garage band now.
Been fun roughing out a set worth of tunes over the last 8 months.
Nice to have energetic band mates rolling through the writing process. I'm just trying to keep up with them; I took a 10 year break from playing.
Need to get our home brew demo out to line up some more gigs.
Loving every min right now though.

$40 squier strat, has better tuners, mim pickups and a nice amount of Birdseye on the neck. Gonna play around with it, but gonna try to flip towards a telecaster or some cashies.

Morning Gents! Running the Fender Sublime into the Joyo Ultimate Drive is pretty damn sweet! Plus nice to have some high gain besides fuzz for guitar too. Not sure how that dude did that fake wood look on the Joyo but he must of clear coated the hell out of it because you can't feel any difference from the top to the sides of the pedal, totally smooth, not all jacked up spray can style, super clean.
