Man I had been playing guitar only for a long time till I finally finished up the Forever bass build. So last night I pulled out the Bass Tab Method book because it has all these simple bass lines from classic Rock and Motown songs, like just the main riffs only and mostly in first position and lots of open string notes.. It was more fun that a barrel full of monkeys and I didn't get the stop noodling and play a song already jib from the ol lady. What a cheap and fun book, glad I picked it up. Between waiting for the neck to adjust to the strings to do a proper setup, not playing bass in a long time, some much first position work, and round wound strings, my left hand is actually sore from playing, haven't felt that pain in ages lol.

I almost want to take my 415 design and have Nick sub it out to someone to build, so there can be a Dunwich logo on it to match the head lol.
I just saw Dracula (1992) pop up on Netflix Instant and I immediately thought oh that has Winona Ryder in her glory day running around in the see through nighty, good times!!! I sure hope you Rydher!!!Yesterday was the first day of my last class for my degree. Man 5 weeks of solo projects, group projects, reading, research, exams and quizzes, but then it's all over!
In other news though, there is a girl who sits a few down from me, and I must meet her, she looks just like a young Winona Ryder.

While I've got Steve Miller on the brain - any of you guys heard the original version of Jet Airliner? It was originally written and recorded by a guy named Paul Pena. Totally blows Steve's version out of the water:
Cool, reminds me of the cottage I rented on the Chesapeake Bay when I first moved to Virginia. Loved being right on the water, but I moved just in time, the damn thing flooded a month after I moved. Only to the floor but that would of still sucked big time. Plenty of yard for a mini pig and goat LOL
