I have enough pedals that I’d need 2 isolated supplies, though. That’s way more than I want to spend.

You know you can split the output on them, right, as long as the total doesn't end up more than the mA from the output, you're good.
I have an Iso5+, and the "main" pedals use up all three of the 100mA outputs split across five pedals. The 18v powers a single unit (but has done two before), and then I channel off the 400mA output "just in case."
That "just in case" has been plugged into a OneSpot style splitter and runs 4x additional 9v pedals, including one multieffects which wants most of the current.
No noise. No issues. Works like a charm.
