So being a materialistic monster with no conception of the importance of this moment in time, I dropped a bit of cash on one of these: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

I'm not sure why they don't mark it more distinctly, but this is their modded loop with a different sounding clean low and an "unbuffered" loop for old school fuzzes. It's insane. "It loses too much lows" is no longer a thing I say about most dirt pedals. So worth it.

Have you used the 'standard' loop blender?

I'm intrigued by this, but I'm wondering if it would play differently than my regular Loop Blender does with my pedals that don't care about buffered vs unbuffered...

I have not. I'd be very surprised though if you were to have that problem. If you can plug your bass into a pedal and then the pedal into your amp and have it work without a problem it should work fine with the modded loop blender.

My ol' lady has been using this app called house party with her family. I think it's been good for all of them as a way to have something approaching face to face interaction. I haven't used it myself (and have no affiliation), but maybe it's something worth trying if you're in need of more human contact.

I'd say the last album was pretty good. Their style hasn't really evolved but it had some good jams and Il Monstro Atomico was a banger! I kinda find the old albums to be the same - largely forgettable with some kickass tracks. Eatin' Dust is the only album I've listened to properly and enjoy the majority of.

So a couple of my power supply cables have shat the bed on me and I’m thinking I might like to just replace all my power cables with some more rugged non-cheapie replacements. Any recommendations? I know it’s super amateur hour to go looking for the mythic “best cables”, but I really just want a set that I can be reasonably confident won’t crap out. Help a dude out?

What kind are you currently using? And how much of a beating did they take before crapping out? I’ve had wall warts die on me, but the power cables that came with my PP2+ and my CS6 are all fine. I’ve had the pp2 for 3-4 years and the cs6 for over a year. FWIW, the CS6 cables from Onespot feel a bit more resilient...

Voodoo Labs Pedal Power Mondo. I forget if the cables are original and/or if they were new.
