I'm still waiting for my Geezers. Gives me time to contemplate whether to put the mirror or purple pearl pickguard on my new bass.

Getting back to decals from a few pages back: I just added some to my Guild to make it a Bass of the People

The bottom right one is something I considered as a tattoo after the terrorist attacks in Paris a few years back.
No new stickers on my basses for a while now. I put this on my bass case though.

I've got something in the works with another bass player (who is luckily much better at it than I am). We'll see how that goes.

I've also been having fun doing some ambient/drone type of stuff. I recorded a little improv of that which I liked, and I may try to do more on my own.

Busy? No. Just haven't been able to play bass. My son (5) and I have been playing LEGOs a lot lately, and playing LEGO video games. And one of our saves just got corrupted - we'll have to start over after having most of the game unlocked. I think he'll enjoy playing it again, but will miss his favorite characters. Oh well. We'll figure it out!

I suddenly find myself working a lot of late shifts. I'm not used to how this turns my life upside down. Really need to learn how to cope with this.

Of those two choices, I’d definitely vote purple…Nothing against the mirror look, just wish it didn’t show fingerprints so easily…

Still loving my Geezers…My flats are staring to sound a little bit less bright which is only making it sound a little more gnarly, but fortunately seems to still be retaining that pi$$ed off angry sound I’ve been seeking…

Would love to see pictures whenever you get your final accessories assembled…

Yeah, I like the idea of French revolutionary tattoos. Especially because tattoos were already (re-)introduced in Europe back then. A famous example is the fact that king Charles XIV John of Sweden started love as French revolutionary and after he was crowned he never showed his naked body to anybody. After his death it turned out he had a tattoo calling for the death of kings (what it said exactly is not known, some sources say Mort Aux Rois (Death to Kings!)).

Not in this house. We have the worst luck buying vacuum cleaners, they usually last anything from two to nine months in this house, so the last thing they think is probably "Will l grow up?"

I'm not all that busy, but, well:

- in my Metal band, people are too busy with end-of-year stuff to rehearse
- and my main band's singer got the 'Rona. Two weeks before he was supposed to get his booster shot. Yay.
