Though I don't tend to call women who are... of the highly sexual persuasion, hos. Partly because I think stigmatizing female sexuality is wrong and sexist.... and also out of self-interest, because said stigmatization makes it harder for people to get laid. And I want to get laid. And I want other people to get laid. I think the world would be a better place if people were having more great sex.
I mean, cause it's not like that would make it worse, right?
Sometimes they are one and the same. The ones with a lot of experience will be more direct about what they want, and have fewer hangups.
I only refer to individuals as tramps and ho's for one specific reason. I will however use it as generic in jest just like any other demographic-slur. Like a specific substitute for "they" or "them".
The one reason I'll use it for someone specific is to get the attention of someone I care about who is getting themselves in unsafe/dangerous circumstances in regards to sex. Kind of a tough-love insult.
The guitarist in a past band had a real problem with this. Great dude just terrible taste in women. He only ever dated women that would openly talk about being into BDSM. Wound up with some demented people a couple of times. I kept telling the dude that half the fun of a relationship was finding out the the other persons limits and fetishes. He was more of the "will they tie me up? good enough" type. Course lots of relationships fail cause the sex doesn't work so there's that too. I guess there will be heartbreak regardless.
