Not here. You can't write-off interest and you can only write-off property tax if the household income is below 25k or something.
I still think your issues sound like a driver not being tightened down properly. I had to tighten a driver down in my dually after a bit due to the same symptoms.
I had two loose screws and tightened them with a toothpick piece added, and tightened everything with a wall powered drill. I putt the grill back on tighter than it was as well as the standoffs aren't perfectly out they squished slightly.
If it's still the issue my worry on that is it's going to be a reoccurring issue always getting looser and at $1,200 I didn't expect to have to dismantle my cab in any way, much less plan ahead for routine maintenance. It's scary as poopie going near those faitals. That's very expensive paper...
Its really not bad. Kinda like having one of those fancie japanese toilets that heat up and vibrate. The only thing it was missing is something to wipe it for you.
On that subject of doing these fixes. My issue is i feel I shouldn't be doing these fixes either. When I took the grill off it shredded a foam seal so now I have bits of ragged foam hanging out the edges and the seals busted obviously now.
And as much as I loathe the idea of packing it up for repair. I really don't want to have to take it apart and fix it myself again.

I'm considering buying my house. My landlords are selling all their properties and I have a pretty awesome opportunity at first dibs.
All future predictions of the economic and societal collapse aside, my mortgage payments will be $400 less than my current rent, insurance + taxes aren't terribly bad, and the house is solid. I plan to live there for 1-3 years then rent it out for more than I currently pay (I've always felt I got a deal on this house even as a rental.) If I take 30 years to pay it off, I'd be sinking an extra $100k in interest. So the big driver to go forward with it is few repairs needed + really good credit / low interest situation + the possible ability to pay it off in half the time.
One thing I consider personally, is that if I buy it and rent it out, my monthly income on the property via rent (even with outside property management and regular maintenance) should balance out my mortgage + tax + upkeep. So the thing would basically pay for itself until its paid off, then its either 100% passive income, or a $150k asset to sell. Not a bad deal, even though its giving me a headache getting all this information straight in my brain.

I dont disagree with you on this at all. That cab was expensive, it should be right.
It is also very hard to trouble shoot remotely, and hard to communicate 100% of what you are hearing to someone who may have knowledge of how to help. The fact that you are experiencing the issues with multiple amps leads me to believe it is not signal chain issues, but even that is hard to say with out hearing it in person.
Oh hey janitor when it came to renting my house. I inquired about the application and deposit before I saw the house. The application fee was like $40-$60 I think so I filled it out and wrote a check and turned it in prior to the the viewing. I had already drove up and creeped the house and researched it, so I figured even if I said no I didn't lose much.

Joe is it 18volts? I saw someone mentioning using two of these on 18volt DOD pedal that had the 1/4 inch setup. I used one on an old DOD 9volt and it worked fine.
Flip now what you can buy back later easily(like common stuff if you got it) to pay for shipping or whatever you don't need.
