For me it used to be watching WT people put ranch dressing on everything. Nothing ruins the $40 steak I just cooked well done for you more than putting ranch on it.
Bassman 1200 pro, peavey 215 loaded with kappalites, and a Hondo p with dimarzio pickups.
That deserves a solid open-hand strike, mid-bite.
You know, I went back to check after saying that and the quote was different...I thought wait what? So I deleted it.
I could probably do this for under $200 and have the dopest grain of some ridiculous tone wood.

For real.
I had an ex that would do this with ketchup. She claimed she'd never had a steak before (she's Canadian idk?). Anyways I pulled out all the stops and made us great medium steaks finished with a little garlic butter while resting and grilled asparagus. She take her plate and squirts ketchup all over everything without trying it first...
I do like a really well made ranch dressing, but hidden valley is gag worthy sludge.

On second look it's a top. You'll still have to glue it to something like ash or alder.
Most aren't but I'd be willing to be one brand new from the dealers if I couldnt find any used, I know the megalith new is 300 after shipping, the black sheep is 175, and the hypers go for around 100-150. I'd also be interested in the wizard fuzz but I feel I won't be ready by the next time dunwich is taking pre-orders again, and if he does.

Jokes aside though, it's actually a really cool concept for a horror movie, and I'm not usually big on slice n dice shtuff. I really like the characters in it. Also Twan Holliday as Lance the bouncer or whatever, guy's hilarious. And also just Katharine Isabelle's portrayal of Mary. And Tristan Risk as Betty Boop, that character is great.
I sort of want to get a Hagstrom 8 neck and then make myself a Flying V 8-string using most of the Hagstrom hardware with just a new body. I think it'd look badass.

I've heard this, but I think it's more complex than that. I play relatively close to the neck (though not over it), and I feel like I don't actually get tons of bass. Maybe right over the 12th fret, yeah. Maybe I've chosen a weird "null zone" or something to play over.

Because my experience with my cab in its previous, 1200S configuration, with the old Sunn drivers, went as follows...
Low volume: "Huh, this sounds kinda cool. Weird, interesting cab."
Band volume: "Oh jeez, it's just FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART" and later "Oh. It's a guitar cab. No wonder that when I played it loud it was all FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART FART"
This was in a black metal band, with my Ibanez 4001 copy, tuned EADG, btw.
What screams? The songs I've heard from them have a vocalist who isn't any more a screamer than Lemmy is. He just has a gruff voice.

Or when we had something like a 1 lb, aged, hand cut rib eye on the menu, and some douche would order it well done. I would just put grill lines on one side and then toss it in an oven so I wouldnt have to spend the next 30 minutes baby sitting it on the grill.
