Haven't done a real gear mix up in quite awhile. With the Bluebeard, El Oso and Wizard Fuzz, I've got a lot of dirt diversity where I don't feel the need to buy any other dirt pedal, although I still kind of want a Black Sheep and the EQD demo with Juan Alderete had me wanting to try a few things. I think I'm set for life on cabs with the Dually. I had a big change from the Ric to the EGC over a year ago. Still deciding on if I want to pull the trigger on a HI-TONE, that would be a pretty big change for me.

I'm pretty content with my present setup. ATK sounds great, Hartke is an excellent platform for my pedals. I'm having a hard time letting go of pedals, though. I sold off a few last year that I wasn't using - nothing I really miss but I'm having a hard time selling stuff that I'm not using now. I'd rather collect them.

The Mummy Face Bad Stone - once I get that one working right it's going up on Reverb.com. Doesn't sound that great and people pay stupid amounts of money for those old pedals. I had it all put together and functioning but some of the old wiring snapped off where it connects to the PCB - poopie is old and brittle. So I'm probably going to rewire the whole thing. Again.

My gear resembles little of what it used but I don't turn over as often as most of you.
I was in the studio years ago working on some tracks for the striking method and the recording engineer asked me to only put the stuff in my signal chain that I was using. You know to get a "pure signal."
I told him I was using all of it cause it sounds like crap workout it. His response was, "so what does that tell you?"
I've been thinking about that response for 10 damn years. Now I'm focused on bass, amp, and cab. I get those right I'll go back to pedal whoring. Unless a volt thrower comes up in the classifieds first...

It seems like the best choice for drones - I've found the "inifinite" setting on the Cathedral is not at all infinite on the setting I use, and the self-oscillation on the delay is a very "specific" sound - cool in some situations, but totally out of place for the others.

Plus, I like the idea of being able to play a note, then latch the EHX and be able to tune up etc while it drones aways

Calling all techie guys. Ever take a look at the MountainKing Megalith Schematic? There's some weird stuff (at least to me) going on there. 10uf and 47uf polarized coupling caps!?!?! What the hell?

I am saving that schematic for later. Not sure on the caps, I know that they can be polarized and that it helps in certain filtering cases (rare ones) to remove unwanted AC current. 10uf is fairly normal, 47uf is probably there due to the ridiculous output. Likely to reduce some harsh high frequencies.

I'm mostly talking out of my @$$, soooo if someone else wants to jump in here that would be nice :) Where's that Dunwich guy? xD
