Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

So, this is basically one of the best music videos ever:

That is amazing. If someone asks me to turn down from now on, I'm going to pelvic thrust violently while yelling TURN DOWN FOR WHAT!!!

Hey... you guys are all still here??? I thought with the redesign we'd all be on ILF by now.

I'm sure its already been discussed at length, but this site looks like garbage now.

Honestly Id be down for a massive ILF change over, just start a Bassist DOOM thread, I mean they have they're own sub forum now.

Don't know if anyone else watches boardwalk empire, but I always liked the intro song, but didn't realize it was just pieces of a whole song.

Just talked to my professor and he says my flipping business is spot on and he can't give me any advice beyond keep at it. He did however explain to me how he started his real estate buying selling and renting at my age and is willing to help me with any questions and set me up with his realtor when I'm ready. I guess if I expand my flipping into appliances I can start making more cash to put towards down payments and that would also mean I'm my own guy for furnishing my rentals with appliances.

I'll need a real job for benefits and financial approval, but I'm excited he seems to really think I can make it happen. It seems lofty but he says he was making 100k a year doing it before he his 30's just counting his real estate dealings so I'm gonna do what I can.

Buying Ron's which used to be Skips old Dunwich Bass DI preamp. Excited to use it for recording in a couple weeks. And then I'll will finally have Dunwich in my stable, oh a happy man I will be, I'll feel complete.

Don't know if or how I'd run it in my normal rig yet but I'm sure I'll spend more money to incorporate it.

Seriously, though, it never ceases to amaze me how many people on talkbass have never heard of ear plugs.

I actually didn't expect one of those sarcastic "That's a woman? I'd never have thought so" posts. That kind of poopie disgusts me. I mean, first of all, that's a pretty poopy thing to say, and second, how is it even relevant what the gender of the band members is?

It is satisfying, though, that Jucifer probably routinely draws more than most of the naysayers' bands ever do.
