Anyone ever try out one of these Greyscale Devices Hellcat rat clone. There is a local one for a great price and might pick it up for shitz and giggles or for flipping/trade fodder.

They are as close to vert as you can get with a bass 2x12 I'm pretty sure. I had two stacked vertically and they we're just wide enough for a rack.

Sideways with a peavey Windsor on top driving them was Lemmy-fun-times.

There are a few Markbass cabs, the Ashdown VS212 and a TC one.
If I don't find anything I might just go the BFM route and call it a day. 2x 3012LF's sounds like fun - I likely don't need more than one but whatever.

Then I'm even more disappointed they chose "ute/utility" over wallaby or some other pouchy critter to describe that car.

I'd totally a more ruggedized version of that thing though. My want would be for in addition to the flat bed cover, it also had a shell so you could store taller stuff or animals, or consenting adults.

Do you have a side car or trailer for your bike? Or you just using a bungee cord to strap it to your rear fender?

Ah I thought those brands only had vertical 10's.

Before last Fridays haircut I could have gotten away with saying yes. I have a pair of those glasses in a case somewhere. Also got a pretty damn similar shirt only mines pearl snap.

BFM uses the 3012ho in his "bass cab" designs. His 3012lf designs are folded horns and won't fit on any motorcycle known to man.
Truly though his cabs are wide and boxy. Probably rather difficult to go with on a motorcycle.
Did you see lowactin's thread on a cheap 112 DIY cab. That thing is small and if it performs anywhere near his simulations a 2x12 version could be grand and very doable on a bike.

Well, the wife and never got to actually hear any music last night. The show was advertised as 7-10pm, but we left at 10 and no bands had started playing yet. It was a little over an hour drive each way, so I didn't want to leave my mom with our screaming baby until after midnight. We still had a good time, my wife needed some adult time with adult beverages. I ended up just chatting a bunch with the guys from Bloodmoon and buying a shirt from them before I left.

Now that I am older it seems that shows are always starting too late and/or on the wrong nights of the week LOL

I'll be honest with you, that's too late for me even if it was me PLAYING the show 10 years ago. I'm not a "hey, it's 10 o'clock on Thusday, are we going out?" type of person. It's nice to go to a show with no cover (which is why I bought merch), but I've never been much into bar shows that are about waiting around until the bar is full to start music, as opposed to advertising a show starting at a specific time and people show up to see the bands.

That poopie is really frustrating. If the starts at 10, advertise it at 10. I get that sometimes the bands or venue want to wait a bit for more people to show up, but 3 hours is beyond ridiculous.
Oh well, at least you and your wife got out and had some adult time.

At my last gig I was originally told we were starting at 8 and we didn't start until after 11:30. Awful. :banghead: I got to bed at 3 and was up at 7 for work. Not worth it.
