Could I run my beta bass as a pre-amp through my Bassman pro 300?
I was gonna do a little research today but I figured I'd ask you guys first.

not sure but you can try.
just plug your bass into the input of the pedal and the output of the pedal into the effects
return (assuming there is one) of if there is a power amp input run it to there.
let us know how you make out

grabbed the wrong coffee, the hot pepper boutique coffee is just weird, not really that gross until you put your chocolate milk in it for that nasty stomach acid flavor, think we are playing skulls, night of the living dead, and of course halloween as well as jamc, manson, exploited, and electric wizard on friday, hopefully syrebris won't totally blow us away, not sure how our sludgyness is gonna contrast with their progressive guitar wizardry

Oh I don't have a beta bass pre-amp pedal I have actual sunn beta bass head, could still run it through the effect loop or does it need a power amp out? The beta bass has a in and out input for both the power and the pre-amp

I'll send a photo later but I have a channel a &b pre-amp out. And I think Bassman is all I need, but I figure if it's possible to have 300 wAtts of tubes behind a beta pre-amp, it's worth a shot

Yeah you can do the preamp into the Bassman.

Preamp out of the beta into the effects loop return on the Bassman.

Watch the volume, it's dependent amp to amp if it'll bypass the master volume.

So either it'll be beta full bore into the power section

Or

You'll bypass all the preamp knobs on the Bassmanbut the master volume will still be useable.

Like the first time I plugged in my first 218 I made, I was already running my 2 sunn 215s, I didnt think to adjust volumes. Blurred vision that night and got a note on the front door that I ruined a neighbor across the streetc chess game.

Noooo someone just snagged the fender 810 I just hunted down on guitar center used, I was about to put it on lay away.

I found a peavey tvx 810 on there for 350, anyone have experience with these cabs? Guess it's loaded with Sheffield 10's.
