They have made a version of a 15, paired with a 6" mid for a while.

Cheep knock offs. They use a cheaper closed back mid, that sounds meh, and lacks a lot of performance. They use them so they dont have to build a mid chamber, saves money. They also use off the shelf cross overs which dont hold up. Not to mention they use full range drivers instead of LF woofers.

Pretty fun gig last night. Felt good to play after half a year off. My singer used some open source space horizon CGI generator and burned a blu-ray that we played on the movie theater projector. You can't tell that well in this photo but it looks incredible.

Not sure if it was because of the two GC brand Acoustic 810s but I didn't love the tone I was getting out of the SVT-CL. I still want to try a tube amp through my Dually but last night just further reinforced my love for my Terror Bass head. We played a bunch of new tracks last night that went over pretty well.

Those 810s look like theyre laying on theyre side. I bet that was the main cause of you not liking your tone. I probably sounded a lot different if you stuck your face in line with the speakers.

I kind of figured they wouldn't be matching specs, especially with the low price.

Right now I am in, "IDGAF" mode about what I eat. I work too much to have time to really cook at home. Not to mention spending many hours sweating my a$$ off on the line cooking. I can eat what ever I want and I am still loosing weight.

Not the same reason, but I have been losing weight, even though I brought so much junk back from PA. I think the anti-seizure meds for the migraines are speeding up my metabolism, or the medicine is messing with my stomach as it bothers me a lot and I feel full real fast. Who knows but I will take the loss gladly.

Could be wrong, but would the sideways 8x10s cause even more comb filtering or whatever it's called than the standard layout and add even more mid cut.
