He wasnt stone sober but that was far from drunk...hes a sloppy sloppy drunk. I felt he paced himself just fine for playing at midnight and being there since 6. Thats just him. Theres much more to this story but I cant delve that deep.

Well, not all is joyful in the world of Vega...we had a run of the mill, standard show from our side of this, not terrible but not our best. Me and my drummer were pretty tight but our guitarist biffed up a few times, went wildly out of tune, kicked his pedals unplugging everything, this stuff happens kinda often at shows. And He wasnt even drunk and hasnt been drinking before shows since we had a diaster show in which he was shvtfaced. Well it seemed no one else really noticed, again i like to think we cover up that stuff pretty well. But my drummer decided to confront him about it right after our set. Whatever he said, my guitarist didnt take too well. Hes a pretty passionate guy and took it to heart so hes more than pretty upset. His word was "heartbroken". He doesnt want to practice this week at all and we open for The Skull next Saturday. He also mentioned taking a break after this next show, no clue how serious that statement was.
But yeah. Rant over.

Remembering last years legal difficulties, history etc. you mentioned and that the guy is a major creative input in the band, I can somewhat safely say I feel it's always gonna be some kind of eggshells when dealing with the issues surrounding the guy.
While your drummers timing and what was said was pretty bad, it's all stuff that probably needs mentioning, and your guitarists probably just as mad at himself even though he'd probably never admit it.
Good news is you got your album out like you wanted. If I recall you said back then that was your one major goal before it got too hairy.
KRAMPUS! Love me some Krampus. There's also a folk metal band named after him. Not too familiar with them, though.I love Krampus!

I picked up their album for cheap, not expecting much, was much better than i thought it would be. It does sound a little over produced, but i think the music is solid.Speaking of music (not that we speak of that here) found Seventh Void the other day.
I've got mixed emotions on them. I really want to like them (Kenny from Type O) but they come across like so many artists' side projects.
Just shy of the mark.
Course I haven't heard them crazy loud yet, I'm sure that can help.
At the mall with the little one, waiting for Santa to come back from his lunch break.
I wish I could pull off sunglasses indoors cause I could hide my pervy glances at all the women in tights.
Right now my creep level is high.
Its not like I came here to oogle, it's that tights command a look.
"Officer, the tights made me do it."
