Stoner/Doom Bassists Thread, Part 90: Maxed Out

Lol some dude called to buy an amp and I was busy so he said I could call back. So I call back and here a faint voice and I'm saying hello, then it gets louder and I realize it's a baby, and he's just jabbering at me so I was like trying to convince him to give the phone to his daddy who he claimed was playing with him (lies). Then kept wandering around promising to find dad (more lies) then hung up on me.

Man Datassian love you commuters. I live rural and have an easy 19 miles to work. Last Friday I had to drive to Norfolk about 50 miles but because of coastal living I have to cross bridges and tunnels and had to be in traffic which is like a thing of the past where I live now. I could never be a city boy to say the least. Driving heavy traffic to a shite hole like Norfolk everyday would drive me nuts regardless of the job or pay. Too much concrete gives me the creeps.

It is 9.7 miles door to door for me to get to work. Takes me 11 minutes to get here, as I miss most of the traffic coming in as early as I do.

Pretty fun gig last night. Felt good to play after half a year off. My singer used some open source space horizon CGI generator and burned a blu-ray that we played on the movie theater projector. You can't tell that well in this photo but it looks incredible.

Not sure if it was because of the two GC brand Acoustic 810s but I didn't love the tone I was getting out of the SVT-CL. I still want to try a tube amp through my Dually but last night just further reinforced my love for my Terror Bass head. We played a bunch of new tracks last night that went over pretty well.
