Strings Vs. Setup

I'd agree, it was always very close with the factory strings, but they didn't buzz .... the Ti were so limp that they'd buzz. I could set em up high enough to stop. But that was too high. I just need a little stiffer string and walla... no buzz.

The TIJR's were unforgiving if the relief was not spot-on. I'm one of those cocksure guys who eyeballs things and says "looks good enough"....nope! Pulled out my feeler gauges and I was way-off...lesson learned. I knew better and ended up wasting time.

I’m assuming they are GHS from the silk color but not sure of gauge. Can’t anyone tell from pics?

Might stick with the GHS Precisions. Loving the sound of them but boy do they feel stiff compared to the TIs.

In my limited experience, the GHS strings seem like a good middle ground between old school boom and the TIs.
