I don't like the fact that I can only see the opening post every time I pull up the list of threads.
I can't tell if Matticus has posted in nine consecutive, adjacent but entirely unrelated threads
Other than that, we'll get used to it.
Mines only like this SOMETIMES.
What your talking about is the old APP. The new app that you and I are using had an update. I'm not sure why you can't see it in the App Store, but the new update changed a lot of the colors and layout design.
For example, on your screenshot where it says "topics", that tab would be a bright yellow, had you downloaded the latest update.
Is there a way to get more than 20 search results using the app's Search function? I know I can do a Google search, but...
Also, in other Tapatalk-based apps, tapping the top of the iPhone screen returns to the top of the page. This feature seems to work in the new TB app, but only in thread listings, not in the thread, itself. What gives?
So far, the new app is more stable, but it's definitely missing a lot of the old functionality.

Hate to beat a dead horse, but I just can't connect with this app. And it's been a while now. Talkbass used to be the most used app on my phone, too.... dang. This thing still freezes up on me constantly, or I have to load and reload whenever I open it. And I still often don't understand how the threads are loading. It seems to come up differently every time I click on a thread. I usually just get one post, and have to go backwards - or forwards, depending. I'm going to have a go at checking and fiddling with all the settings. If anyone has any suggesting regarding this to function a bit more like the old app, I'm all ears. Arrgh.
I just think of it as the "Crash Bass App" these days. I hope a new version with bugg fixes comes out soon!

Join the club! I'd like to add that some of the "normal" behavior I used to have has slipped thru the cracks also.
Scroll up to the top: On an iphone, when you want to jump to the top of the page, you tap the top navigation area, and you the pages and pages you scrolled thru snaps you to the top.

Never crashed on me. Ever.

Crashes on me once whenever pics are in a thread. 2nd time I load same page, it'll load heaps more, then crash
