Pretty sure that's unavailable on android. And I thought this was somehow working through tapatalk anyhow? Or modelled to be just like it.
The old app was better. No chance of that coming back, huh? No crashed but the functionality of the old app was just nicer. Not mention you can't even tell who's being quoted any more.

LOL The one thing I do like is that it shows what threads you have participated in makes it easy to keep up your conversations.
Here's the one I use. It's got a great color scheme, and all but one forum I visit is Tapa talk compatible, so they are all right there at my fingertips when I open Tapatalk. Yeah, it's three bucks, but well worth it IMO.

Do you know the difference between the standard talkbass app that we're using, and tapatalk? I understand tapatalk can be used to access other forums, but as far as layout and funcionality go - is it any better? I'm not opposed to dropping a few bucks, but I don't want to do it if I'm buying the same thing I already have.
The TB apps looks the same as the standard Tapatalk app, but my Tapatalk works flawlessly on my Android phone and tablet, whereas the TB app is essentially useless. I don't know what the differences are, but clearly TB is laden with bugs.
The layout looks the same, but the skin of the version I use is (in my opinion) much nicer looking.
The new one is very unstable. Continually crashes (using iPad and iPhone). Hopefully there's a fix in the works.
My TB app just crashed 30 seconds ago, and usually crashes once or twice a day (iPad 2, iOS6).
I'm also not a huge fan of the bright yellow in the new colors, but that's just a personal preference. It'd be cool if you could set your own color palette! 
I might have to check out that Tapatalk app. EDIT: Or maybe not... $4.99 for the iPad app and Talkbass is the only forum I'm active on. Maybe I'll just live with the crashes. Lol

I would steer away from Tapatalk 2 on the iPhone. The version before it for 2.99 seems to be working fine. Ipad wise you could use this and tap 2x I believe...I'll check that out once I get my ipad outta my sons grippy grip
I'm all for functionality but the Tapatalk folks don't seem to care about making things pretty, huh?
