There was just a new update. Not a fan of the bright colors really...
The new loading screen when you open the app got me exited, but they use this bright, ugly yellow for the thread tabs that's just really harsh looking.

I got it on my iPhone & iPad. Same issues with in-ability to send a PM to a member.
I'd be happy to pay a few bucks for a working app, but don't know if this TapTalk delivers or not.

the old one was much better, this thing is horrible.
thankfully the one on the computer didn't change as far as I can tell. the computer has always been my preferred method of accessing TB but now even more so.

Toolbar at the bottom right, click "more". Then on the next screen click "favorites". There's your subscribed threads. You need to have your profile set up so it auto subscribes you to threads you've posted in.
Speed on this one is hands down awesome,

+1 To clarify my positive response to the new app, I use my iPhone only when I'm not around my computer, and perusing threads, responding to threads, etc. I WAY better on this app for me, and gone are the lock-ups etc. that I experienced with the old app.
It sounds like it needs more functuinality for those who use it as their primary interface with TB, and I can't speak to that. Hopefully, there will be more updates soon to fix some of the issues posted here.
I dislike the tapatalk app quite a bit. It's quicker but the layout looks and feels cheesy like a teenager designed it. Super quirky too.
Can you search just a particular forum in the new app? I can't seem to figure that out ? Just curious.
