Paper clip
All you need for basic troubleshooting will code through a series of flashes of the check engine light
Ever go to ck5.com?
Can't say that I have.Nope, rubber biscuit
Ever heard of a rubber biscuit?

Is this somehow going to take us back to turd biscuits and tort?
Basic maintenance goes a long way, and avoiding abuse. Check the oil lotsI have now, but looks like I've been there before.
Engine is 4 years old, about 4500 miles. Replaced original with new crate after the previous owner overheated it several times (had leaking freeze plugs), and I blew up the engine because I was towing (up a mountain pass) with a bad knock sensor.
Any advice on keeping this engine as long as possible?

Should be able to get 150k.
Did the Burban follow you down there?
Yep. Alaska!Hartke cans are actually pretty decent. Obviously used is good, all your big name cans are decent.
Peak Watt numbers are important the harder you push the amp.
2 2x10 cans might be best, totaling 4 ohms would be sweet
Shipping pretty brutal to your place?
Probably not. But man, what a string of hard luck!I bought it in WA to tow my Pontiac. Blew up the engine leaving WA, garage said they had never seen an oil pump destroy itself quite like that one did. Replaced the engine. Next morning, got rear ended and totaled the Pontiac, slamming trailer into Burban. Spent a week waiting for the insurance make a decision on the Burban, body shop talked insurance into saving it, due to the brand new engine. Brought it down here with me, cause I can't sell it, I have too much invested.
Would you leave it behind after all that?

Bend the frame in all that?
Haha, me? NoOh, and I forgot that the fuel gage stopped working after the engine replacement and I ran out of gas on the side of the highway. Luckily a cop stopped and gave me a ride to get some, but I had to hold the gas can on my lap, some rule about having flares and gasoline in the same compartment.
First ride in a cop car?

I was about 15 years old.First ride in a cop car?

I must like Toyota and old ChevysI was about 15 years old.
There is a prison that was on the top of a hill, at the bottom of the hill is a long driveway up to the prison. Along the side of this driveway was a lot of open land,
perfect for muddin'.
So my buddy goes into the grass, with doughnuts on the menu, so he served them up.
Slippin', slidin', mud flyin', then stuck.
We get out and are trying to get unstuck, then down the hill comes a Police car.
Officer gets out, "What are you doing?"
"We are stuck."
Officer, "I see that. Do you have someone that can pull you out?"
"My Dad can."
Officer, "Get in my car, I will drive you home so you can get your Dad to pull you out."
We get into the car, and have a nice drive were he tells us not to do this again, and that there are a lot of better places to go Off Roading then at the base of a Prison.
We arrive at friends house.
Officer, "Hi Ma'am, the boys got their truck stuck, so I drove them home. Please have it out by the end of the day."
This was before cell phones, of course.
Cars, your preferred choice. American, European, Japanese, Or other?
