I'm not a huge beer fan but if served cold enough on a hot day I'll knock down a few. My favorite is a 50/50 mix of Blue Moon and Killians Red. Next time you're at a bar with those two on tap order a mixed pitcher, you won't be sorry.
Ice cold in a frosted mug or roughly room temperature?
I like a nice, cold brew on a hot summer day. Room temp is good any other time.
Do you like a merlot or a cab or is it time for another round of shots?
With dinner it's usually a Merlot (which at home I keep chilled, along with my Cabs just to confound the wine snobs). Never been big on shots, I like to taste my alcohol not feel it.
At home do you eat your salad before or after your main dish?
Salad is typically eaten with the main dish.
Is cheese a side dish or something to be added to a recipe?
Cheese in every meal is just fine by me, second only to bacon in how it improves anything it touches!
Can your peas touch your mashed potatoes and meat or do you segregate proteins/starches/veggies while you eat?
I'm not particular about foods touching, but my wife is. I'll never understand.
Is fast food a thing in your household?
No food touching is preferred, which means stews are almost unheard of in this house, which is pretty much the same for fast food. If you buy it, you better not bring it into the house. Missus Gbass doesn't tolerate it on her home turf.
